The day will run from 9.30 to 12.45 and will include a welcome and introduction to the business by senior management, face to face interviews, sales activities and a Q&A session with our current sales people.

IT Account Managers
As part of the Systemax group of companies our business is continually growing and we are looking to recruit skilled and experienced IT Sales professionals. IT Account Manager – Remote Working (UK)

Web Designer
You will be joining a hard-working, motivated and energetic creative department to produce web graphic designs and advertising elements for the UK Misco and WStore Internet business.
Responsibilities:
- Grounded skill set in online design and with proficient graphics experience that can be applied to the Misco and WStore brands
- Design weekly email campaigns to business and consumer markets for the brands, liaise with the Marketing team and Business Management team through the briefing, conceptual design and sign off stages
- Create promotional landing pages and traffic driver banner ads
- Develop branded or category specific microsites that achieve the marketing objectives set
- Understand and use the content management tools for various websites to construct the desired advertising material
- Produce design proposals for various / seasonal online marketing campaign promotions to be presented to the marketing team
- Capable of adhering to any manufacturer guidelines that are presented
- Liaise with the web development to produce efficient designs that are fast loading and cross browser compliant
- Provide accurate proofing and testing of designs
- Understand and monitor the design of the brand’s B2B and B2C online competitors
Key Skills :
- A talented designer with a proven high level of graphic and web design experience
- Knowledge of web design best practice
- Highly detail orientated with a confident sense of ownership
- PC user with excellent Photoshop knowledge
- Advanced HTML knowledge and CSS experience (including knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues)
- Flash, JavaScript, jQuery experience would be advantageous
- Good visual projection: be able to pull users into the web page
- Excellent communication, great written English and high computer literacy are essential
- Team player
- Able to work under own initiative and to strict deadlines

Business Development Manager
A customer facing new business development role, selling Managed Print Services in to a mixture of new and key enterprise accounts from a variety of business sectors. The role is aimed at a managed print service industry experienced BDM to manage and develop the client relationship along with internal account managers, create and manage account plans to ensure that business opportunities emerge and are maximised. The role will cover all regions within the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Actively target Managed Print Services opportunities within Misco key accounts and new business accounts, for corporate and public sector organisations.
- Identify key decision makers at all levels within organisations and engage in all parts of the sales cycle and demonstrate the value of products and services to them.
- Attend appointments, present commercially viable proposals and close deals to meet a GP target.
- Some leads will be provided but it is expected the majority will be self-generated.
- Communicate and collaborate with Directors, Managers and internal account managers in all account activities to ensure business growth through proactive client engagement.
- Proactively deliver a tailored account development plan for each prospect (outlining growth and profit expectations) and build a solid deliverable pipeline of new and growth business.
- Ensure existing business and the client facing relationship is managed and maintained effectively.
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining overall company objectives such as profit margin and forecast accuracy objectives (annually and quarterly).
- Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Significant experience in selling Managed Print Services.
- Proactive and driven to work under own initiative to generate own leads.
- A drive for personal success, integrity and business profitability.
- Commercially astute, able to understand profit and loss calculations.

Fujitsu Sales Specialist - 12 Month Contract
The server Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of developing Fujitsu server business and associated products and services within existing & new business customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Daily calls expectations - 25
- Reporting- Ensure Pipeline is updated on a weekly basis
- Consult with new & existing customers on Server opportunities
- Produce Server quotations & proposals utilising the template set up
- Provide support for all sales executives, both internal & external
- Update all sales teams on latest product releases and promotions with Fujitsu
- To work closer with ESP team to help close and develop new business and existing business
- Develop project based opportunities & manage key server deals
- Support the tender team with pricing proposals
- Attain necessary Hardware accreditations and maintain Misco’s status
- Act as a Server Specialist evangelist within Misco and keep the Vendor Account Manager informed of opportunities, roadblocks, market intelligence and competitive activity to achieve superior sales success
- Support training of Misco sales staff when applicable, ensuring accreditations and programs (such as Fujitsu select) are kept up to date
- Attend Qtly meetings with key stakeholders (sales management, Vendor Business Manager, Marketing Dept, Vendor Representative)
- Keep up to date with pricing new product trends and competition within the UK market, enabling to bring new ideas to the team
- Ensure visibiltiy is made within all sites (min one visit per month)
- Visit Fujitsu Headquarters at Bracknell on a quarterly basis.
- To attend shows applicable to the vendor i.e Symposiam, Expo.
- Focus on incremental business growth of core product offerings - Servers, Storage Systems, Product Related Services (i.e. Warranties)
The Person :
- Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience and 3 years external sales within the IT industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience in server sales or business development of Fujitsu server & services
- Confident and outgoing with the ability to communicate with external customers and internal customers at all organizational levels
- Good Negotiation and Closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Goal oriented “Can Do” attitude with the ability to be tenacious and persistent
- Working in a fast paced, highly motivated sales environment
- Ability to communicate with customers at all organizational levels

Graphic Designer
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and talented Graphic Designer to join our busy in-house catalogue production team.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively interpret briefs
- Design changes for advertisements, inserts, mailers, corporate design, catalogues
- Design all printed and promotional material for both online and offline campaigns, to agreed specifications and deadlines
- Assist in all stages of production, including design, artwork, pre-press, post production
- Assist with online activities
The Person :
- An all rounder with sound design education
- You will have an excellent portfolio with experience in direct mail marketing in the business to business and business to consumer field
- Fast, accurate page layout skills and an eye for detail
- Confident with QuarkXPress, InDesign, Photoshop and , Illustrator on either the PC or Mac platform. Flash and HTML skills, although not necessary, would also be an advantage
- Familiar with all aspects of the production process
- Have good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work to agreed deadlines as part of a team or as an individual
- Able to take on a variety of different projects and have a flexible attitude to working hours
