Indeed, we do more than sell IT and electronic products; we’re a provider of many services aimed at helping businesses and individuals capitalise on their IT investments.

• Steve Hearn - Supply Chain Director

  
  Steve overlooks a large team of buyers purchasing products and managing inventory. Every morning, he ensures that Misco has the first option on any deal and has choice of supplier stock holding. Steve also reviews previous performance to see which areas Misco should replenish and motivates his team to focus on key areas. His team of buyers work closely with business managers, each specialising in associated product categories and developing ongoing partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers.

• Camille Guillot - Web Marketing Executive

  
  Camille is part of a team of 10 marketers, each one of them promoting new products, special offers, and Misco services through their respective channels, which include print, PPC and SEO, affiliates, price comparison, email, and event planning, just to name a few! When Camille is not briefing an email, writing content, or reporting on a campaign’s performance, she can generally be found discussing new campaigns’ requirements with business managers, or looking at new designs with web designers.

• Matt Tombs - Premier Accounts Executive

  
  Matt is in the education team within premier accounts, supplying schools, academies, colleges and universities with IT products and services. He will normally be found on the phone, speaking to current customers and prospecting new businesses. He also liaises with Misco business managers and buyers checking for the best offers and staying up-to-date on ongoing promotions and exclusive deals. Matt works closely with product specialists for technical pre-sales advice and customer services for post-sales support, ensuring the customer receives a professional service from start to finish.

• Keith Neilson - Technical Support Specialist

  
  Keith is a member of our busy technical support team and can offer advice on products before purchase ensuring that the correct solution is provided. Keith also assists our sales staff if they are unsure of a suitable product or solution to meet their customers’ needs. The technical support team that Keith is a member of consist of 7 full time staff all of whom have years of IT knowledge and hold various IT qualifications. The technical team can be contacted by phone, e-mail or live chat. Keith specialises in Apple products and holds several Apple certifications but can advise on any of the products we sell.

• David Warren - Warehouse Supervisor/ Greenock Trainer

  
  David is part of a team of 71 warehouse operatives, supervisors and managers delivering all the warehouse and logistical needs of Misco to our customers, which includes forklift, safety, and procedure training. When David is not training, he can be found reviewing and analysing the accuracy and productivity of the different tasks involved in the warehouse operation.

• Jonathan Shakespeare - Customer Service Agent

  
  Jonathan works in Misco’s customer service department. From helping new customer place their first orders to pointing customers in the right direction or helping them post-purchase, Jonathan assist customers before, during, and after placing an order ensuring a seamless experience. As a customer service agent, Jonathan also deals with both customer calls and emails, all of which are responded to within 24 hours, and helps liaise with the customer and delivery company or a supplier if order is not up to satisfaction.
