Job Purpose:- Opportunities now exist in our offices in Wellingborough (the Midlands), East London and Greenock Scotland for successful IT Sales professionals to join our busy sales team. Working from an existing and prospect account base, the main duties of the role will be to manage and develop business accounts spend by calling customers and prospects regularly. You will need excellent communication skills with the ability to identify areas where you can maximise sales on your account base.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Manage the development of a number of major accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with accounts via phone/fax/e-mail.
- Cold call into new prospect accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities and contacts within new and existing accounts.
- Co-ordinate the handling of enquiries, quotations and orders, avoiding returns.
- Present promotions and special offers.
- Source specials as per customer requests.
- Price products as per Misco pricing policy, offering discounts within agreed limits.
- Monitor the progress of account development.
- Partake in Product Training.
- Achieve up-sell/cross-sell targets to enhance average order value.

Department:- CA Software Division
Location:- Wellingborough
Reporting to:- Sales Manager CA Software Division
Job Purpose:- SSE's will be responsible for driving new business sales within CA's security solutions and threat management products. In addition they will be working with existing customers and users to secure renewals.
Responsibilities:-
- High volume outbound calling to win new business for CA products.
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow revenue through the existing CA customer base.
- Renew relationships with past buyers to drive future business.
- Work with customers to understand their business issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Be alert for, and report changes in market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preference/needs.
- Achieving weekly monthly and quarterly goals.
- Participate in initial training and ongoing product training.
The Person:-
- Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience in a high-tech or related industry.
- Software licensing sales or security industry experience preferred.
- Negotiation and Closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Goal oriented "Can Do" attitude with the ability to be aggressive and persistent.

Responsibilities:-

Job Purpose:- To Offer exceptional customer service on all pre and post sales received into the department. All calls are to be handled within a specified level of service, courtesy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:-

- Handling incoming sales calls from a wide range of customers, offering product specifications, availability and pricing
- Calling out to pre-determined customers offering special offers and add on sales
- Dealing with post sales enquiries, offering warranty solutions and issuing returns numbers for items received incorrectly

Job Purpose:- To update and maintain product content of the company’s website.
Responsibilities:-
- Using internal systems to obtain product information to fully populate new and current items on the website
- To upload comprehensive image gallery from supplied photographs
- Request product shots from in house photographer
- Research product information on the web where necessary
- Regularly liaise with Business Manager’s to ensure new products are uploaded on the site as soon as possible
- Manage and monitor allocated product category with all the necessary information on a daily basis
- Liaise with E-marketing team to ensure products promoted on e-shots have all the necessary information uploaded.
- To create custom web pages for key products to make use of key words and relevant marketing information

Department:- Credit Control

Job Purpose:- To provide overall support to the Credit control team and chasing of Co-op Accounts.
Responsibilities:-
.
- Chasing the co op ledger amounting to 150+ live accounts a month and resolving the outstanding issues with external customers and business managers.
- Daily analysis of the credit card reports to identify and investigate errors and deal with accordingly.
- Working with the bought ledger team to investigate and analyse credit notes received which relate to co op debt and ensure they are accounted for correctly.
- Daily Reconciliations including our credit card reports and pdq machine and actioning any discrepancies.
- Actioning and detailing bounced cheques and alerting the relevant parties with any action required.
- Responsible for assessing credit applications and ensure all relevant documentation is attached before submitting for approval.
- Processing and approving internal credit and recharges and ensuring relevant back up required for auditing is received.
- Running our daily letter cycle and maintenance of dunning letters
- Daily general administration duties within the credit control team which include departmental emails, faxes, post etc and ordering of departmental stationary and stock orders.
- Providing holiday cover within Credit control and our internal Co op team.
- Any other reasonable requests from the credit manager
