How do I add items to my shopping basket?

You can add items to your shopping basket by either using our search engine to find the item that you wish to purchase or by browsing through our categories on our website. Once you find an item you'd like to buy, simply hit the closest to the item you are interested in to add to your shopping basket. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping basket, continue shopping, or checkout.

How can I change the quantity of the item in the shopping basket?

The Item Quantity can be updated by simply filling in the desired amount in the Quantity Field and hitting the "Update Quantity" button. The shopping basket will automatically refresh itself with your new quantity updates.

I can’t see any delivery costs?

Delivery costs are not added at our basket stage. Delivery options will be available through the checkout (next stage) however our delivery and payment page includes a full list of delivery options and prices.

I'm done shopping. Now what?

Once you are finished shopping, you can finalise your purchase with Misco by simply hitting the "Proceed To Secure Checkout" button

Am I able to save my basket?

If you decide that you want to come back later and do not want to loose your order then you can save your basket. Give your basket a name so that you will recognise the order later and hit 'Save Basket'.

How do I retrieve my saved basket?

If you log into your account and go through to the My Account page you will see a link to 'My Saved Basket'. Any saved basket orders will be in here for you to continue with, providing the stock is still available on the items.

Is the ordering process secure?

YES! Our website uses the latest technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end.

I'm having trouble trying to checkout. Who can I call for help?

If you have any trouble, you may call our customer service hotline on 0800 294 4515 and a representative will gladly help you place your order.

What browser should I use when surfing your site?

Our web development team tests the website using a variety of Internet browsers, operating systems, and platforms.

Can I ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ or do you offer any finance options?

Yes! We have three finance options available; Buy Now, Pay Later (6 & 12 month options) and a Classic Credit (24 month) option. Finance options are subject to approved credit checks and are available to consumers only. Simply look out for products featuring the Flexible Finance logo, which applies to products £280 inc VAT (exc. Delivery charges) or over. Terms & conditions apply. How do I pay using the Flexible Finance option?

Choose your product, add to basket, complete the Checkout Page and select Flexible Finance as your preferred method of payment. Continue with your order to the Order Request Page, review your order summary and complete the V12 finance credit application. Once you have been approved for credit you will need to sign the finance agreement and return by post. Once your agreement has been received by us we will then inform you of stock availability and despatch times.

What happens if I want to settle before the finance period ends?

If you decide to pay the outstanding balance in full then you will pay no interest!
