Christmas Extended Returns Policy
< back to help centerAll purchases made between 1st November 2011 and 22nd December 2011 qualify for our Extended Returns Policy. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, our extended returns policy for goods bought during this period allows you to return an item(s) before Thursday 13th January 2012. We encourage all customers to email us with return requests, especially during the holiday periods when our offices are closed, to ensure all requests are handled as quickly as possible on our return. Returns can be raised online via the Return Request Form or by contacting our Customer Service team.
