I haven’t finished shopping, how do I go back?

Everything in your shopping basket will be saved, all you need to do is hit the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to take you back to the homepage. You can then add more products to your basket and check out afterwards.

I want to change my billing and shipping address. How do I do this?

Click the ‘Change’ button underneath your billing and shipping address details. This will take you to a page where you can edit an existing address, set addresses add default, or add a new address to your address book.

What if I want to change my newsletter and catalogue preferences at a later date?

You can do this by login into your account, going to the ‘My Account’ page and selecting ‘Update eDeal and Catalogue preferences’

I want to change the quantity of an item

Select your item and this will take you back to the product page. Hit the +Basket button and this will add another unit for that item to your basket. You will then be at the Basket stage again so you can update your quantities here and Proceed to Secure Checkout again.

My estimated delivery dates for each item are different?

This will be due to stock and availability of each item. If you wish to wait until all items are available to be shipped together please tick the ‘Deliver all my items together’ box.

What payment options are available to me?

You can pay by either debit or credit card, your PayPal account or a Flexible Finance option if your order is over £280 inc VAT (excluding delivery). If you wish to apply for one of the Flexible Finance options, select which one you are interested in and continue through to the application stage. Before applying please see the links above to view the interest and fees associated with each one.

I need personal order reference number on my invoice, how do I do this?

Enter your number unique to the order in the ‘Purchase Order No.’ box.

I want to pay by credit card, but is it secure?

YES! Our website uses the latest technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end. We will not share your account information with any other company.
