Delivery and Payment Options

Misco offers a range of affordable delivery options to suit your requirements. Working in partnership with City Link, we take great care of your purchase in transit to ensure safe delivery and excellent service.

We deliver throughout the UK, and the majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Greenock, Scotland. We also have a network of suppliers that can ship certain items to you directly. If you require items to be shipped outside the UK, please visit our Worldwide Offices page for a global list of offices and websites.

See here for information on signing your City Link deliveries and checking your parcels. Packages cannot be left unsigned for or with a neighbour due to the nature and value of the items Misco sell and security of your delivery.

Please note: Lite 3 day is only available on basket weights 1kg or less. Super Saver is only available on basket weight up to 250g and has a product value less than £30. All other delivery prices quoted above are for basket values up to 20kg. For basket values over 20kg please see the below delivery price options.

Next Business Day

• Subject to payment approval.
• Suitable for Northern Ireland deliveries.
• For all orders placed before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
• A signature will be required for all deliveries on this service.
• Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service immediately.

Order up to 6pm for Next Business Day delivery

If you have requested Next Business Day there must be someone available to take receipt between 7.30am – 6.00pm. A signature will be required.

3 Day Delivery

• 3 (working) day delivery on in-stock items (items on 1-2 or up to 5 days availability will be shipped on a 3 day service once stock is available).
• Subject to payment clearance.
• Suitable for Northern Ireland deliveries
• For all orders placed before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
• Items will be delivered by City Link between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
• Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods on any of the 3 days the delivery may take place. A signature will be required.
• Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service immediately.

Lite 3 day

Super Saver

• Only suitable for in-stock items (items 1-2 or up to 5 days availability will be shipped via post, once the stock is available).
• Subject to payment approval.
• Products with a value less than £50 and weight less than 250g are only shippable via this method.
• For all orders placed before 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
• Items will be delivered by Royal Mail at your normal post delivery times.
• A signature will not be required.
• There is no track and trace available on this delivery option.
• Please allow 10 days for arrival of your goods. Should your goods not arrive in this time frame please contact Customer Service.

PLEASE NOTE: SUPER SAVER DELIVERY OPTION IS FOR CONSUMERS ONLY.

• These prices carry a premium due to the prioritising of your consignment.

Please note, from Tuesday 7th August 2012 Misco will no longer offer Flexible Finance. Information relating to Flexible Finance will continue to be available on the website until Friday 7th September 2012 as a reference for any customers that have recently applied for a Buy Now, Pay Later or Classic Credit agreement. All orders placed before Tuesday 7th August using Flexible Finance as the preferred payment option remain unaffected.
