Misco Live Chat – Real-time Help & Support

When browsing around our website questions are bound to crop up. We appreciate that it’s not always convenient for customers to call so we’re also happy to receive your enquiry via our excellent and easy-to-use Live Chat service. Just fire off your query and we should be able to respond immediately!

Who do I contact if the Live Chat service is unavailable or closed?

Who am I speaking to?

You will be connected to one of our trained technical representatives. Once connected, they will introduce themselves and request the nature of your enquiry.

Is it secure?

Yes! The Live Chat service is not an open or shared forum however we strongly advise you do not share sensitive or confidential information such as passwords or credit card information via this service.

What can Live Chat help me with?

Live Chat is particularly useful if you require further product information, price enquiries or simply require help navigating or finding products on our website.

I'm not sure when or where I should be chatting?

When the chat screen first appears please wait for the Misco representative to introduce themselves before submitting your enquiry. Once you respond the conversation will continue between yourself and the representative.

How do I know if the Live Chat Service is available?

The Live Chat option is only visible on the website when the service is open. Live Chat is available Monday -Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm and Saturday’s 9.00am – 4.00pm. If the option is not present please feel free to contact us via email or telephone.

What happens if I accidentally close the Live Chat window?

Closing the Live Chat window will automatically end the conversation. If you still need to speak to a Misco representative, simply log back onto the service.

What happens if there is a delay in responding?

Sometimes if we've got a lot to say it may take a while for our text to appear. Please don't close the window whilst we are typing or you may miss out on some vital information.

Can I edit my text?

The text you type won’t be displayed to the representative until you hit ‘Enter’ or ‘Send’ enabling you to check or edit what you’ve said before sending.

Can I receive a copy of the chat?

Yes! You can email or print a copy of the conversation by simply clicking the printer icon (beside the Send button) on the Live Chat screen. You’re also able to copy and paste the information into an application such as an email or Microsoft Word.

How do I know the conversation has ended?

Our technical representatives will always make it clear when they are ending a chat.

What do I do if my query has not been answered fully?
