We recently made some changes to our website and would appreciate your feedback. There are no rating scales or smiley face scores. Simply let us know your thoughts on any aspect of our website in your own words, which we’ll read and use to improve your online experience.

What will happen with the feedback?

Every comment will be read and acted upon as appropriate. A single comment is all that it takes to invoke change. Your feedback can be on any aspect to the Misco online experience, what you don’t like as well as what you do, suggestions for features or changes you’d like to see. Feedback about anything. In your own words. When you feel like it.

Leaving contact information

If you leave contact information we shall keep you informed about future changes. That way you’ll know how we’ve responded to feedback and our future plans regarding the Misco online experience.

Will I win a prize?

Prizes might increase participation a little and encourage a few more responses. But we are looking for impartial feedback on matters that are important to you, delivered to us in your words, whenever you wish. So instead of a one-off competition survey we felt you’d rather we focus on matters of importance to you, with the assurance we shall consider and act on all comments to improve your online experience.

What kind of feedback can I leave?

Any aspect to the online experience (e.g. using the website, online ordering etc). If your feedback reflects a technical matter or is regarding an order placed, we already have channels set up to assist you. You may of course still leave feedback here (although do not provide sensitive information such as your account number here). You are welcome to. The feedback shall be collected and passed on as if you’ve submitted feedback yourself here. Whichever way you can be assured that it will be read and we shall act on it as appropriate.
