Misco Reveals Star Awards Winners during 7th Annual Ceremony in London
Wellingborough UK, 25 October 2011 – Misco UK, the leading IT reseller of technology and related products in Europe - revealed the winners of its Star Awards 2011 ceremony held in Park Plaza Riverbank, London. The glittering ceremony concluded an important day for Misco and WStore - a trading name of Misco UK Ltd. - which hosted their biggest customer event of the year, Expo 11, at Old Billingsgate earlier in the day. The show, which showcased the latest IT innovations from 75 of the world’s leading IT manufacturers, set new records with 1,262 visitors - the biggest footfall since its beginnings in 2005.
Misco and WStore General Manager Sandy Price who opened the Star Awards ceremony in the evening, spoke of Expo’s rise as a key IT event in the industry and also the diverse group of partners present at the evening ceremony.
“Star Awards is a night of celebration when we finally get to catch up with our long-time partners but also meet new faces. This diverse cast of partners is a testament to Misco’s commitment to building strong and lasting relationships but also our willingness as a company to grow and challenge ourselves through new partnerships,” she adds.
Star Awards honoured key business partners covering the IT product spectrum. Winners (listed below) were selected after a vote conducted amongst Misco and WStore’s Sales departments.
