Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Subscribe & Win" promotion offered by Misco UK Limited (trading as Misco and WStore), WStore (a trading name of Misco UK Ltd) and Misco Ireland Limited and by entering, each entrant unconditionally agrees to be bound by them.

1. Promotion organisers (the ‘Organisers’) are Misco UK Limited (trading as Misco and WStore) 10-14 Darby Close, Park Farm South, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 6XH, WStore (a trading name of Misco UK Ltd), Unit 6, Bourne Mill Business Park, Guildford Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 9PS and Misco Ireland Limited of 39/40 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2.
2. Eligibility: The “Subscribe & Win” promotion (the ‘Promotion”). The Promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or older, excluding employees and contractors or their families of Organisers, the prize vendor or any affiliated companies, agents and anyone involved in the organisation or administration of the Promotion.
3. 3. Promotional Period: Promotion begins on 1st May 2012 at 08:00 AM and ends on 1st June 2012 at 08:00 AM (the “Promotional Period”).
4. To enter:
   1. Visit http://www.misco.co.uk/newsletter and subscribe to at least one newsletter. You will be required to submit your name and e-mail address;
   2. Only one entry per user will be counted.
5. 5. Prize(s): One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) HannsG HL272HPB 27” HDMI LED Monitor (the “Prize”) (Approximate Retail Value is £191.99 inclusive of VAT).
6. Winner Selection:
   1. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random by Organisers on 1st June 2012 and will be contacted by Organisers’ marketing department via email. Selected Prize Winner must respond and provide a postal address within twenty-one (21) days. If Winner fails to claim their prize within twenty-one (21) days of the drawing, the Organisers reserves the right to choose a new winner in its sole discretion.
   2. The Prize will be sent by recorded delivery to the Prize Winner within thirty (30) days after the end of the drawing.
   3. The Organisers’ decision is final and binding in all respects.
7. General Conditions:
   1. The information you provide will only be used for contacting you should you be a prize winner of this promotion.
   2. Organisers accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, except in the event of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of Organisers.
   3. Organisers reserve the right to withhold the Prize(s) at their discretion.
   4. There is no other alternative to the Prize(s) stated. Entries and Prize(s) are not transferable and no part or parts of the Prize(s) may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. Prize(s) will be awarded if the number of eligible entries received equals or exceeds the number of prize(s). Organisers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value or cash value for any prize.
   5. Organisers will not engage in any communication regarding the outcome of the Promotion.
   6. Organisers reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion, with or without cause, at any time without prior notice.
   7. The Organisers’ computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.
   8. By accepting Prize, where permitted by law, Winners grant to Organisers, and those acting pursuant to Organisers’ authority (and agree to confirm said grant in writing) the right to use and publish his/her name, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without notification, review or approval. Further, participants release and agree to hold harmless Organisers, its parents, affiliates, subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
   9. Limitations of Liability: Organisers are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access the web site. Organisers are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or copying materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Promotion or a drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Organisers, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Organisers reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or drawing, and select the winner(s) for the Promotion, or for such drawing, from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Organisers. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. By participating in the Promotion you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation; Organisers’ Privacy Policy and Organisers’ Terms and Conditions, Section 9. By participating in this Promotion, you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from Organisers and its affiliated partners. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting that site. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or changes to win in this Promotion. During the Promotional Period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which Organisers deems related to the Promotion and related programs.
