We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager or Account Director to join our growing sales team in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT sales, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build and grow client relationships.
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of public and private sector accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across hardware, software, cloud, and services
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Work closely with vendor partners (including Lenovo, Microsoft, HP, and others) to deliver value-added solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
What You’ll Bring
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the IT or technology sector
- A strong track record in account management and new business development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially astute with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in Dutch, with a passion for IT sales and a strong understanding of the Dutch market. You’ll be responsible for selling IT hardware, software, and services to both new and existing customers, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
