The installation for your tape automation product includes: Review of all mechanical aspects of your hardware installation; Set up and basic configuration; Configuration of all required interfaces; Verification of product functionality in the End-User's network environment; Verification of performance, utilizing Overland simulation equipment; Demonstrate functionality to end-user for acceptance. Level 2 Installation does not include configuration/optimization of the End-User's other backup hardware or software. These actions are the responsibility of the End-User.
